10.1. ORDER PROCESS
There are 4 basic steps needed to complete an order.
LOGIN / REGISTRATION – In the first step you will be asked to login if you are already a registered member or otherwise to make a new account.
DELIVERY METHODS – In the 2nd step you will be asked to enter information on the delivery details for the order, and to select the Payment Method and delivery method.
Your order is delivered when the product(s) you ordered is/are transported by our partner transport company and delivered to you on the pavement of an organized settlement.
The cost of transport is 3.5 € for Greece.
For orders over 50 € delivery is free anywhere in Crete.
If the package exceeds volume or weight limits, one of our representatives will contact you about the additional shipping costs.
If the product has to be delivered to an inaccessible area which is not in a settled area or if access by the transport company’s vehicle becomes difficult or impossible for any reason, the products will be delivered to the offices of the delivery company or to the address nearest to the shipping address (in an organized settlement). Otherwise if it is not even possible to do that, the products will be delivered to the customer at an additional charge. If the delivery address you gave for the products falls into one of the above cases, please contact us at 2810336571 when you are making your order or before you place your order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT – On this site you can to choose to pay by 1) Credit card or debit card, 2) Cash on delivery or 3) Deposit at the following Banks:

You will also be asked to enter a discount code if you have one, and you will be asked if you wish to receive the company newsletter and you can add any comment you wish to your order.
REVIEW & PAYMENT – This is the second-to-last step in making your order which involves procedures for reviewing your order and the Delivery Details, Billing Details and the Delivery Method. You can edit your Billing Details and Delivery Details. During this step you will be informed about the charge for the products and the final payment price. To proceed to the next step you must accept the Terms of Use.
COMPLETING THE ORDER – The last step of the process is where you complete your order. The appropriate form for the payment method you choose is shown. To complete the order, you should enter the details for the payment method. If you are paying by Credit Card, you will be transferred to the bank’s safe environment and if you are making a bank deposit you will be informed that your order has been completed. If you choose to pay by card, your card details are not stored by galanakisequip.gr as they are entered in the partner bank’s payment form.
If you are paying by deposit in a bank account your order will be on hold and will be executed when we confirm that the relevant amount has been deposited. To facilitate the process, please send us a copy of the deposit (stating your order number and name to the email address [email protected]. If for any reason you cannot send us the receipt, please send us an e-mail to the above email address with the date of deposit, the bank where the deposit was made, the deposit number, order number, your name and a contact phone number so that we can check and confirm this information and proceed with your order.
If you request an invoice, you will be asked for the pricing and shipping details for the products you are going to purchase. Invoicing information is used to issue the invoice and is not stored.
We share the shipping details of where to deliver your products with the transport company so we can process your order.
10.2. ORDER CONFIRMATION/UPDATE
Before the customer’s order is completed they are informed by the site about the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, the quantity, the shipping costs, the payment method, the delivery date and the duration.
When the order form is sent, the consumer receives an electronic copy of the order which is sent to the e-mail address which was stated while the order was being placed. This email includes a detailed description of the goods in the order and a unique order code with which the customer will be able to monitor the progress of their order.
10.3. PAYMENT METHODS
-CREDIT CARD
Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
It is completely safe to use your credit card for your purchases on the online store as long as you follow the relevant instructions. Our online store has taken all the necessary measures to ensure your credit card transactions are safe and all credit card holders are subject to verification checks. Once you have completed all the information required to register the order, you will automatically be transferred to the secure site of the partner bank (Piraeus, Ethniki, Eurobank), where you will be able to fill in your credit card details directly.
To pay by credit card, you must fill in the relevant form with the exact name of the holder, the number and expiry date of your credit card, and the three-digit number (CVV) on the back of the card.
The verification and payment are made immediately once you have connected with the partner bank (Piraeus).
For all purchases the buyer must also be the holder of the card used for the transaction.
It is important that you provide a contact telephone number and a valid e-mail address. If your credit card is not approved by your bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.
–PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
The customer pays the courier company employee who is carrying out the “Company’s” request when the order is delivered to the location agreed. In this case the customer will be charged a cash on delivery fee of 2 Euros (including VAT 24%, for all purchases). COD is valid only for deliveries within Greece.
– PAYPAL
Once you have completed all the other details required to place the order, you will be automatically transferred to the secure Paypal site from where you will be able to either fill in your credit card details directly or log in to your existing Paypal account and use your saved information.
– BANK PAYMENT
After completing your order you can transfer the amount owed to one of the following bank accounts:

PRODUCT DELIVERY: You are not charged any shipping costs for any products. The products are only delivered within Greece via the partner transport company (and its associates). The consumer is not obliged to pay if he does not receive the legal document (receipt, invoice).
If, for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can tell us if you wish, given these conditions, to complete your order. The Sole Proprietorship IOANNIS D. GALANAKIS does not bear any responsibility for any situation that is not its fault and will do what is humanly possible to give you the best service.
